How We Do It
We partner with Local Authorities to deliver a new approach to fostering, starting with a first-of-its-kind digital assessment platform that makes the process simpler and faster for applicants and social workers alike. From there, carers join a cohort-based programme shaped by people with lived experience of the fostering system, building a supportive community that stays with them as they begin their fostering journey.
We find where Local Authorities lose applicants and carers, and show how to fix it.
We get applicants ready for panel in around 4 months, with less paperwork involved for social workers.
We provide First Year Support to new carers so guidance is there when they need it.
